What You Bring
- Working, performance-grade, hands-on software design and development within a relevant area of the Manufacturing Tech Stack BHA Line Card.
- The ability to commission systems in MFG environments.
- Bias towards action first, and then communication to thrive in a team environment.
- The readiness to function as a lead engineer situationally.
- Can own the results—the wins, the losses, the learnings.
- Sample Areas: PdM, ML, UNS, OEE, MQTT (L1, L2, L3), PLC, SCADA (HTML 5, 4.0).

All relevant criteria above in effect, including being on the ground when it matters most. Send your NDA / Non-solicit agreement along with your 2025 Eco-System provider rates (*i.e., the rates you would expect & execute in a reciprocal relationship from someone like Black Hawk*).
